Meditative Self-Inquiry is the art of asking a spiritually powerful question; a question that helps break us free from the limitations of the habitual thoughts, beliefs and conditioning that shape the way we experience our life. True inquiry leads us beyond any answers that our minds can supply, to a deeper and direct experience of ourselves. It is an engagement with our own experience that can lead to flashes of spiritual insight.
This retreat will include periods of silent meditation and inquiry. It is designed for meditators experienced in both mindfulness and open awareness practice who are interested in the direct approach of awakening. Advance registration required.
Please bring a water bottle and bag lunch (optional). There will be an hour break for lunch. Tea and snacks will be provided.

Come join Babywearing International of Southeastern PA at their monthly Delaware County instructional meeting to learn about the benefits of babywearing, ask for advice about choosing a carrier, try carriers from our extensive library, and get help using your carrier safely and comfortably. All meetings are free and open to public.
For a $30 donation, you can become a Supporting Member which includes checkout privileges so that you can borrow and take home a different carrier every month for a year. Check out www.bwisepa.org for more information!
Because these meetings are regularly attended by immune vulnerable persons – including newborns and pregnant persons – we ask that you do not attend the meeting if you or anyone in your household has been sick in the last 48 hours – including fevers, coughs, thick mucous, rashes, and stomach viruses.
Space inside the yoga studio at Hatch is limited, therefore do not bring in strollers and try to avoid bringing in your car seat as well.
