With private fitness sessions, you’ll receive the individualized attention you need to maintain health during your pregnancy and get back into pre-baby condition quickly and safely. These sessions can include the use of multiple fitness modalities such as reformers along with mat and stability ball exercises. Private instruction is beneficial regardless of your fitness level. Our fitness experts will help you meet your fitness goals during pregnancy and beyond. 

Available for purchase as single sessions or a monthly package of 4 sessions.  By Appointment Only
